I have discussed YU ModeLs a couple of times already at the site here - see the below previous blogposts: The Ilyushin IL-18, that was Mao's transport, has just been released and looks good: So far it appears this model can only be acquired through Taobao stores. There has been no further news about the development of Yu ModeLs own Tupolev Tu-124 mould: discussed previously here: It seems likely that a combination of COVID and other production slowdown issues in China have delayed its creation. However, Yu ModeLs have been active on Chinese social media and have announced their fourth model as follows: "Yu Model's second product this year ~ and the first of the four products in the second quarter ~ is a new theme that has not appeared in the 1/400 scale. Commemorating the 51st anniversary of the first flight of IL-76. Registration No. CCCP-86712 The product is expected to be available around June 2022" It is interesting that the part number is YU0008 when the first 3 releases ran sequentially YU0001-3. This is also YU's first Soviet registered release. I'm also told that Yu hinted at another release (YU0010) which will be a 'Mystery Widebody Airliner', available in June-July this year. Yu maybe taking it slow but they are at least looking to make more unusual offerings so it'll be interesting to see where they go from here.
