It is with exceptional gratitude to David Williamson from Vancouver (aka Kitty Hawk 1903 on DAC) that I am able to present all of these amazing stickers and posters of the type commonly seen on pilots bags and airline offices.
For several of the stickers I actually do own the corresponding 1:400 Scale model. Pairing the model and the sticker makes a superb image. Over the following pages please check out my collection of stickers allied to their respective model where possible.
A300
Airbus produce very nice side views of their aircraft in customer liveries as demonstrated by this collection of their original design, the A300. All models are 1/400 scale die-cast Aeroclassics. Click the images for larger versions:
ATR-42
The ATR-42 is approaching the minimum viable size for a model in 1/400 scale and probably isn't a great seller. There are however a nice range of possibilities for the type as these stickers show and I only have a single model to pair with this nice selection of ATR operator images. Douglas DC-9
Douglas look like they liked slogans on their stickers - I particularly like the 'When you have a choice DC-9'. I've only four DC-9 stickers but am lucky enough to have models that fit three of the four. Click the images for larger versions:
McDonnell Douglas DC-10s
Looks like McDonnell Douglas or someone commissioned a run of these nice 'Happiness is a flight on a 'airline X' DC-10' stickers. I'm fortunate to have many of them as models in 1:400 scale and they pair up nicely with their respective stickers. Click the images for larger versions:
