For those unaware of my collection space checkout this quite recent video - it's a little out of date but gives you an idea:
I'd been looking for a while for some airplane themed beermats to use around the place and I did chance across a few small ones related to Qantas and BOAC:
I had also acquired a stack of beermats from TradeMe - mainly circular Heineken, square Lion Red and oval Stella Artois ones. So after some fruitless searching for av themed mats I just decided to make my own. It's pretty simple really:
Step 1: Grab some images off the web, resize them in MS Word and print
Step 2: Cut them out and stick them onto the existing beermat base
Step 3: Laminate the whole mat
I'm pretty happy with the results. First there are these 6 using the Heineken mats as the base:
They work well on the two circular bar leaners around the pool table:
Then I made 12 more using the Lion Red mats as the base:
These ones work well around the main displays, although I may have gone slightly overboard!
Anyway enough of that. Time for a drink...
