At around the same time that NG Models allowed me to announce their new Tu-204 moulds I heard that on Chinese social media there was some accusations being levelled by Panda against NG. This obviously made AK's day and it was him who I think mentioned it on DAC. I didn't get any more details other than several people saying they had seen similar text on the China forums. I want to make it clear I don't know if any of this has any truth behind it and I'm not accusing NG of anything. I will try and find out more, although I would be surprised if anyone wanted to talk about it. Anyway, Panda has just announced its latest models and they include a 73G and a trio of Tu-204-300s. Ryanair 73G It is perhaps not well known that Ryanair operates a single 737-700, which it uses mainly as a crew trainer and executive jet. See here for more details about the Ryanair 737-700. It looks from taobao like the model is complete and ready for sale already: Tu-204s I can't find much information about the Tu-204s at all but there appear to be at least 3 releases, one of which is a direct overlap with the just announced NG version. It'll be interesting to see whether these are the same mould as the NG and even if they are whether that means co-operation or more of the disagreement above. What it does mean is there will soon be 3 Tu-204-100 moulds (as JC Wings is working on one too). The scale really doesn't need that many and somehow none of them have managed to make any proper Russian releases yet using it either!!
