If the MD-80 hasn't been well represented in the Americas the situation is even more dire in what used to be called the 'Old World'. After all about 2/3 of all releases have been for North American airlines leaving only about 45 releases for the rest of the world, of which 22 have been European.
In this second part of the wishlist I present 89 more MD-80s. I start with Europe and then move elsewhere as follows:
ALITALIA / ATI
Probably the most iconic MD-80 scheme aside from AA was the Alitalia scheme worn by their large fleet of Mad Dogs for well over 20 years.
SCANDINAVIAN AIRLINE SYSTEM / SCANAIR
Another iconic MD scheme is that of SAS who operated a large MD-80 fleet for many years and refitted their pointy tailed 80s with scredrivers.
SWISSAIR / BALAIR / CROSSAIR
OTHER EUROPEAN FLAG CARRIERS
OTHER EURO SCHEDULED
UK
The 757 and 737-300 were far more popular in Britain but a few MD-80s did slip in.
EUROPEAN CHARTERS
The MD-80 was popular among European charter companies.
ASIA / AUSTRALIA
CHINA
IRAN
âOne of the last strongholds of the MD-80 is Iran where a variety of carriers still fly the Mad Dog.
AFRICA

JAS (already done I think, but impossible to find) and Air Liberte would be top for me... provided they don't cost an arm and a leg (which they tend to be nowadays)

Centennial operated 9 different reg MD-83's around Europe from 1993-1996 - that would be a good add to your list Rich.
