Well over 20 Tu-154s saw service in Iran during the 90s and 2000s. Many were leased for short periods from Russian airlines, like Kolavia and Omskavia, and never gained much more than Iranian titles over their Russian liveries, however quite a few also got proper repaints and wore some lovely colours.
To date the only Iranian Tu-154 made was an Eram Air version wearing hybrid Omskavia colours. I've blogged about this frame already here:

It was also flown by several others (Iran Aseman, Qeshm Air and Zagros Airlines) but only in hybrid schemes.
