EasyJet x 4
So the cream of the crop for most will no doubt be the four A320s. Two are NEOs and two are ceos with one of the latter being Austrian registered. There isn't a lot more to say except that Panda (which is using a modified clone of the Aeroclassics mould) has the best A320 on the market.
If you don't believe me check out my detailed analysis of the available moulds:
Interestingly all four come in special schemes. Panda has been moving out of Chinese only models for a while now and has released Lufthansa, Singapore and various Indonesian models recently, however this marks their first foray into the UK market.
There are a couple of retailers in the UK who get Panda models (ARD and Moon's Mailorder) so it'll be interesting to see how many models they get. Alternatively they can be found on eBay and also on taobao obviously.
To the MAX
Closer to its routes now Chinese airlines are beginning to get their first 737 MAX-8s it is not surprising that Panda is releasing them, considering it has such a good mould. JC Wings, which also has a good MAX mould, has also announced some of these but the overlap between the two manufacturers isn't 100% with both announcing MAX's the other hasn't for Chinese airlines.
In addition to these 3 I have seen that the Hainan Airlines first MAX, B-1390, has also been announced:
The Air China release was actually announced late last month and is already available for dispatch. Here is how it looks:
Also late last month a pair of ARJ-21s were announced and soon after released making it the 4th and 5th usage of the mould. These pair show the same development aircraft. One wears the earlier AVIC livery and the other the newer COMAC version.
Last Month's Releases in the Flesh
Meanwhile most, but not all, of last month's releases have hit the shelves. They all look pretty good to me. Here's a selection of them:
