DC-3 In 1:400 Scale
DC-3s were made most years running up to 2013, although outside of Aeroclassics the numbers were very small. Since then the only DC-3s that have been produced was a trio by Aeroclassics in 2018. My understanding of those is that they were produced in tiny numbers using left-over castings. The numbers were so small that I never saw them on sale anywhere.
DC-3 In Real Life
The DC-3 bears a resemblance to the previous DC-2, but obviously had a revolutionary impact in comparison. The aircraft can look a little tubby sometimes.
